terms & conditions

( general )01. i have the right to revise the terms & conditions anytime.02. minors should have consent or permission from parents before transacting.03. all items are on hand and from my own collection unless stated otherwise.04. i have the right to cancel transactions or block buyers who are disrespectful and do not follow my terms, as well as post the account joy reservers and bogus buyers.( payment )05. buyer must settle payment on or before the deadline. the payment consists of item price, packaging fee (pf), and shipping fee (except for sco). payo or 3 days reservations.06. for cancellation of orders (stbo items only), a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.( shipping )07. no rush shipping. due to school, i can only ship during fridays and weekends. weekday shipping depends on my schedule and is not guaranteed :(08. i will not be held liable for any delays, mishandling, or loss caused by the courier. rest assured that the item/s will undergo thorough inspection before packing. a photo of the packaging will also be sent before shipping.09. use shopee checkout (sco) at your own risk.( return / refund )10. no clear and raw unboxing video, no refund/compensation.

q: how to avail?
a: contact me through twitter direct message (dm). after discussing, i will send a confirmation which shall include the total amount to be paid and the gdrive folder. further consultation may be done, so keep your twt dm open.q: what is the gdrive folder for?
a: the gdrive folder contains the gdocs file for you to input the carrd content.q: what are the modes of payment (mop)
a: i only accept payments via gcash and paypal.q: how long will it take to finish?
a: it will take around 1-5 days, depending on the complexity of the design and my schedule. customized designs, however, will take longer for me to make.q: do you accept rush comms?
a: no, i can't take rush comms due to uni :(

terms of service

01. you must have your own verified card account which i shall be given access to. rest assured, it will only be used for the purpose of this commission.02. 50% non-refundable downpayment must be paid before i start. you may opt to cancel, but do take note of the non-refundable downpayment.03. the output will only be finished after receiving full payment.04. the watermark at the end of the carrd shall not be removed, unless additional payment is made.05. i have the right to decline or cancel the commission request if client is rude, disrespectful, makes me uncomfortable, and/or does not agree to my terms of service (tos).
